[Resolved] Andhra Bank — internet banking access blocked | |||||
Hi, Issue date:[protected] Myself machireddy goutham, i have an account in ab pulivendula, kadapa dst., andhra pradesh. I see trouble logging into my account, which displays "the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime..". I have tried logging into the ab internet banking portal for the past 5 days and it throws me the error screen attached below. I have contacted the branch people regarding this issue, for which they asked me to log in the next day to see the issue to be resolved. I have withdrawn only 3200rupees from my bank account on[protected], Sunday. When I got my mini statement and checked it, I have got the date wrong (i.e[protected] and an Extra of 200rupees as withdrawal(which I have not withdrawn)Please sort of this problem and desposit my money back.
