Andhra Bank — loan letter | |||||
I have applied for an educational loan at Andhra bank last September for my abroad studies. We already had a housing loan going on at this moment. So we approached the manager, and he said we could apply for an educational loan but we need to add additional properties. We did provide whatever we asked and whatever we can. I have no issue with the bank manager here. However, the problem is the manager said zonal officers should approve the loan and he sent my father to submit the documents directly to the Kakinada zonal office. My father went to Kakinada zonal office to provide the reports many times. in those times they have used inappropriate language at my father and make him wait there hours. Once they called for a document to submit and my father went there with my family because he was on his way to a function. He was there with my both mother and sister and even on that day, they did the same thing again by making my family stand there and wait for hours. They used some inappropriate language again in front of my family still telling that it is their place and they can do whatever they want, and we are nothing in front of them. After few days they called the bank manager saying that they cannot provide the loan because my father went to the zonal office with my family. They told that cant sanction it because my father went to the zonal office with my family. They said to the manager who is sitting in front of my father they both cleared listened to what they have said. my father went to the bank for the loan issue to talk with the manager hoping when we will get the result and they called even though it is not in the loudspeaker, but my father can apparently listen to what they said, and he felt very sad hearing those words, and he was embarrassed. They told us that it was not our house to go there with family and won't sanction it because we went with family and we can do whatever we want and also used some inappropriate language they even scolded the bank manager telling him why he is sending this kind of cases. Because of them my six months time was completed wasted. If they do not want to give they can say we cant, but they should not use such kind of language towards and attitude towards my family when we have done nothing to them. Because of their position, six months of my course have been wasted, and my family went through embarrassment. It was not our intention to go there with family we were in a family function, and they suddenly called us and told my father to come here, so my father take my mother and sister because he had no other option because he cannot leave them in an unknown area. They have their family too I believe so how will they react when someone used this kind of attitude. Please take action on this complaint, don't leave it because it a small issue I have wasted six months if time because of them, and we went through much embarrassment. I have complained lately because my father thinks that if you take this complaint seriously, it will affect the manager. So I didn't complained, but I don't want others to suffer like this, so I am complaining even if it's late. i have no issue with the ryali andhra bank manager but this is all about those two zonal officers in kakinada who went through my loan. I never used my atm today but jst now i got a message that, my money(500) has been debited from my account why it happened like this please make it sure and kindly refund my money
