Hi,

Please be inform you that public is facing lots of issues due to branch manager non availability. I have visited to branch so many time and never found branch manager in branch.
I am not sure what is the task assigned to manager but as a public query branch manager should available in branch to address the complaints. As far as i know there branch manager never come before 12 noon. Please keep some monitoring so that you should also aware.

It is there locality feedback that keep staff on time and some seniors should be available in branch to address the public queries.

Hope you will pay some attention and ask seniors to available in bank to address the public queries.
