Dear team, This is just for information that my mother mrs bharti banwari is current account holder with account number 2161 in your andra bank branch of gwalior m. P. From last 15-20 years. In the morning she gone to the lashkar gwalior branch for withdrawl of 83000 rs. When she receive the amount of 83000 thousand in her hand that is in the form of denomination of 100 rs notes. After seeing all this notes she request to the cashier for the exchange of small notes and give note some big notes. Bcs she is 58 years old lady going alone from the bank and it is very difficult to carry small notes 4-5 bundles. But mr shelendra parmar refuse to listen any words and request from her and scold down shoutly and give threat to her that he will throw her out from bank . And all the other staff also told to mr shelendra parmar to give a big note to her and resolve the grieaviance but he refuse the word of all the staff and showing casual approach to resolve the grieaviance. And then he saying that he is not agree to give any amount to her. And in the end after 3-4 hours he agree to give the note in the form of 100 rs note again and in which so many of notes are damage and are not in condition. As mr shelendra parmar is doing intentionally all the thing with my mother and my mother also make complaint against him to the manager but no action had been taken by the manager due to which now he is behaving with her like a dacoit and gunda and giving answer in very unprofessional manner to my mother and told to her. Do the complaint where u have to do the complaint. So it's a very surprising and shocking that staff of the bank is behaving like a gunda of local street with there customers.
