[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — money debited twice from debit card

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500070

Today (12th feb 2018) i was paying the fee for the aiims examination. The first transaction failed but the money was debited. I continued for the second time without noticing the first transaction failure. The second transaction was successful but the same amount was debited earlier for a failed transaction.
Please provide the refund as soon as possible.
