Andhra Bank — money deducted but did not come out of the atm

Respected sir,
This is to inform you that i, subrata majumder, a savings account holder of andhra bank (A/c no - [protected]) of howrah branch, west bengal, had visited to our local andhra bank atm today (Dated. 03/05/2020) and did a transaction of rs. 10000 (Ten thousand only) at 8:54 a. M.
After the transaction process, the above mentioned money had been deducted from the account and i had received the message of deducted transaction on my registered mobile number ([protected]) immediately after the incomplete transaction but i had not received the amount from the atm.
Therefore it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter as soon as possible and help me to refund the certain amount to my account.
