Andhra Bank — Money deducted from a/c while making payment through debit card but transaction got cancelled due to some error

I was making payment of fees through andhra bank debit card on 24 aug 2016. Transaction was cancelled due to some error but money got deducted from my a/c. Its been more than 24 hrs but i have not recovered that money. Plz tell me how to recover that money as soon as possible as i m in urgent need of that money to pay my fees. Thank you...
