Andhra Bank — money got debited from atm but didn't get the money on hand | |||
I did a transaction in hafeezpet andhrabank with a dumb atm machine always it is going to stuck for no reason, i used it to debit 10000 i didn't got the money i didn't got the receipt and i waited for approximately 5mins but the screen is not responding it got stuck in a single frame and i cancelled the transaction my card is setted free to takeout, but my money is debited... "[userfg0011] [100205] the active accounts linked to the user do not exist. only limited features can be used. please try after sometime." error message.
Please rectify the issue
