Andhra Bank — money not withdrawn but deducted | |
On the 11th of february, i tried to withdraw 1000 rupees from andhra bank atm situated in manikonda. The atm machine was seemingly functional and didnt have any notice saying "under maintenance/cash not available." After attempting to withdraw cash, the machine showed "can't process transaction" message, but then i immediately got a message on my phone saying "1000 rupees withdrawn." When i tried speaking to the staff at andhra bank, they mentioned the atm does not have cash. Please enable a refund of my 1000 rupees to my account. Was this information helpful? | |

This is Sravan. Recently I tried withdrawing money from my atm card in Dowalaiswaram, Andhra Pradesh. My money got deducted from the account but cash didn't came from ATM machine. Please resolve this.
