[Resolved] Andhra Bank — my money was debited by paying bill by using debit card but bill but paid | |||||
I done my payment towards excellence bill payment worth 588.82 rupees through andhra bank debit card in online pay. Since i didnot get any confirmation regarding payment i tried it for another time. As i did the payment at 6 pm and suddenly the website has closed, so i did it another time. Therefore it became the double payment. Money was deducted from the bank but when i check balance status rs.1177.64 were debited. The website says bill has not been paid yet. So please help me and solve the issue as soon as possible.
