Andhra Bank — No proper response from bank for a request. | |||||
I am an existing Andhra Bank customer and would like to avail a chequebook for my account. While trying generate it online it says 'Cheque Book not valid for this account'. So, I visited the Branch where I have my account to get more details about it. They said they can't help it from their side as its an online process and asked me to try again online as I am eligible for a Cheque book. But it gives same response every time I try online. I am currently working with a company in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and its not possible for me to visit the branch again and again for the same. I tried calling customer care and they said to write the same concern to [protected]@andhrabank.co.in. I wrote to it but the mail didn't deliver. It says their remote server is misconfigured. Then I called the 24*7 helpdesk number also [protected] but no one picked it up either. Frustrated with the service the bank provides. Was this information helpful? | |||||
