Andhra Bank — no response on mobile number & address change request

Dear sir/madam,
Please note that we have approached andhra bank customer care to change/update our residence address and mobile - they advised to visit any andhra bank branch to submit form.

We have visited beeramguda andhra bank branch day before yday and also submitted a letter with latest details which are to be updated in our account #[protected] - malkajgiri branch. But unfortunately we haven't received any update from bank. Today we have received a call from beeramguda branch and they were saying that we should change our branch first to update these as they can not process in other branch. Then they have asked for local/beeramguda address proof, we have provided rs.20 bond paper rental agreement copy. Then again they were asking for owner's proof - we have provided power bill copy... Still they are not going to process our request until unless we provide a document with owners address proof - don't know why???

What is the actual procedure to change/update address & mobile number.

It's our first and worst experience with andhra bank beeramguda hyderabad branch!!!
