When I try to pay my college fee online through your net banking service(28/11/16) two time it shows error like host not available and when I try third time the pops up window show that insufficient balance in your account then I check my account statement it show three time same amount debited from account, then I talked to your representative they told me that refund will reflect in your account within 7 working days and also raise a complaint on 29/11/16 but sir I didn’t get the refund sir what I do your representative not give me the proper response about this Sir please help me I need your help Please help me sir Your faithfully Vikash choudhary Ac no. -[protected] Transaction amount – 49811 (three times same amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
