[Resolved] Andhra Bank — not issue the policy card for the first 3 years | |||||
I have applied for a aroguadaan policy through one of the andhra bank branches in chennai, triplicane. And its almost been 3 years since i have not recived the card.. At the time of making a payment, i was told that the policy will be issued within a week and now when i ask for it from the manager, the only reply i get from the manager himself is that they are middle men and they actually dont issue the policies so has no control in the issuance of the policy (I understand this is the case with all the policies applied during this period from this branch).in this case, it makes me wonder why does such an incompetent authority takes up such a job and destroys the essence of taking a policy.
