Andhra Bank — online transaction failed

My account name is masoom brijwani. My account number is[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have complaint registered to your customer care toll no on 4th sept but till now i didn't money back. I have done online transaction on 3sept at 02:57pm. Its been more than 7working days but from bank no money back... I have done payment at site www.csvtu.ac.in...i have complaint at all sites but till now i didnt get my money back... Its been 20days
