[Resolved] Andhra Bank — payment using tez

I've been credited rs100 by my friend this evening via tez app. I've got the amount credited into my account and been debited as soon as it was credited saying credit reversal transaction. What does that mean? Even my friend didn't get the amount back in his account. If this is with rs.100 why wouldn't it be with larger amount? How can i trust your bank?
