[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Poor service and false commitment

Mr br head patnaik rrl branch bhopal me peter ms shivangi past 5 days they were make me fool while commiting sending me my f.y acc statement and interest cer. For audit purpose ...and since last fridays i was asking for yet they didnot send me...that is worst condition and service from branch side ..i litterally want to close my acc as well as locker and fd...more the 5 lcs fds and liquid maintain in a 5 acc almost 2 crore...but disgusting officers ...from..shikha [protected]

Updated by Shikha upadhyay Ms shivangi 3 days before msg me i was sent todaybut yet not mr peter rrl lab branch said me 4 days before i was sent today but yet not mr patanaik 5 days before told me i will email today but not yet ...wt a patetic situation o[censored]r HNI customr ..pls asked ur officer to do work rather than fasle commitment...u must have to teach him serve regarding training as well as teach proffesionalism...shikha
