[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — POS transaction failed, 10 days passed money didn't get reverted

Hi i am M Krishna Kishore, and my account number in andhra bank is [protected]. on 27th March, 2017. I made a purchase through pos transaction at south india shopping mall and first time the money got debitted but the reciept was not generated. The sales person said transaction got failed, money will return in 5-6 days. and the next time for the same amount money was debitted and transaction was successful

The first trasaction got failed, and i even lodged a complain in my home branch

Today its 6th april, 2017. 10 days passed Money not got debitted back. Please check the issue. This is what happens if we go for cashless shopping.

Hi there it finally resolved all you need to do is call the customer care number and raise complaint and it gets solved in 2 days.
