[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Refund of my deducted money through transactions cancelled

Hi,
I have done many transactions through my card which were cancelled later, but the amount was deducted. One transaction I have made was through Paytm and a the
a other was through a swiping machine in a shopping mall. I was really fed up calling customer service where call doesn't connect at all. I need my money back immediately. In case of no immediate response I would have to take a serious action. Please do respond as quickly as possible.

Actually when I inserted the andhra bank ATM card in ATM.i have entered the amount.but I didn't received the cash.but the amount has been deducted from the ICICI ATM dwarakanagar.
