The above given transaction failed and i submitted a refund request to the marthandam branch of andhra bank. It's been a month since the transaction and i have not received the refund yet. Please take immediate action and do the necessary

Iam using atm for withdrawal of money at that time iam not getting money from atm but 500rs debited from my account.please refund that amount.
