[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Regarding deposit issue and rude behaviour in branch -000385. court road anantapur | |||||
Dear andhra bank. this is tejaswanth. this mail is regarding your educated and lazy employees in anantapur. court road new town branch branch code-000385. on[protected]. i went to deposit rs. 49500 in my mother account ([protected]) at this branch. as usual in all branches i went to cash counter to deposit but unfortunately. your cashiers simply chit chatting with co employees. and guided me to go and deposit in deposit machine i said. i cant every time i will deposit in cash counter. but in return he replies very rudely. here we will not deposit. go to cash machine do what ever u want. i will deposit only above 50k here i asked sir is their any new system sir. he replied go to manager. and talk. and i went. to the manager. but iam shock after meeting the manager. he also. used the same words. this is our bank. my rules we purchased the machine for 5 lakhs. go their and deposit i said sir this is not fair. i just came regarding your cashier rude behavior but u also using same words. i asked him is their any signs at least at cash counter that we are not accepting the cash below 50 k? but. he replied i will stick in the evening and do what ever u want. and i enquired with your toll free num they said their is no rules in andhra bank regarding my issue? is this the way to behave with customers? they have only one machine for that is has long que but your cashiers simply time passing with out taking customer deposit forms. i fed up with this branch and i went to deposit.in ramnagar branch. which is 2 kms from this branch they accepted in counter. so if this branch purchased deposit machine means your employees have to skip the works and have to chit chat with co s. and becomes lazy to deposit in counters. for that your organizations paying them salaries? we are very disappointed with your employees behavior. and planing to cancel the account with your bank not only me and my whole family will cancel accounts. i will. suggest my friends circle not to do transactions in andhra bank. thank you sir. i[censored] have any issues with my mail and any quires regarding my mail plz feel free to contact. my num-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to inform you that your complaint/suggestion number CS[protected] | ( COMPLAINT) was resolved by our Bank on 30/07/2016 .
The resolution provided for the complaint is as belows :
AS per the branch information, you have reached the cash counter after business hours (1.05 pm )and so they advised you to deposit the cash in cash deposit machine . we request you to co-operate with the bank and we asuure of our good services. Hence the complaint was closed.
We appreciate the interest shown by you.

It's completely false statement given by your bank manager branch -000385. Court road Anantapur
The exact time. I came in between at 12.15-12.45.pm If i came after 1.pm. How can I deposit. At cash counter at Ramnagar ? from court road to ramnagar its 1.5 kms you can check the records at Ramnagar i deposited around 1.5 pm-1.5pm so as per their statement how can i will be available at same time in two different places do they think i have magical powers? need apologies from that branch. manager For giving u a false information ? To you and me. I think your bank has. Cc cams. They can check and find me. In cams. In between 12.15-12.45 pm. I wear a yellow t shirt. blue jeans .plz consider this complaint as serious issue because your managers giving false information? in future they may cheat customers for sure with this false attitude i am expecting justice from head office
