Please sir or madam solve my problem my atm is not working I took atm before two months back then I call to my account branch they told the is added with my account but atm not working my branch in maripeda but I am in hyderabad.

I have been trying to register internet banking since a week but it is showing invalid account id (I gave the id as it is in the passbook and i got the otp to my mobile number and i entered that correctly and after that i got a password screen, in that when im trying to add password it is showing acc id invalid) but i gave the right one. Please help.
