Andhra Bank — request to resolve ips failed but payment deducted

I have current account of ghs placement and overseas manpower in your andhra bank, account no - [protected], i already complaint in your bank my imps payment will reverse but they said its a technical issue so its not possible or take more than 20 days. But its take 3 month duration but things not become resolve till date.
Kindly reverse my payment of 3 transaction

14-aug ib/india/sbietc /jadb[protected] 3995.34
16-aug ib/india/sbietc /jadb[protected] 4995.34
21-aug ib/india/sbietc /jadb[protected] 2990.34

Apart of this i also complaint about 2 more payment but i dont have that detail. Kindly solve my this problem.

Hello Andhra bank, Attention please, I paid broadband bill through paytm by using UPI.But now paytm is showing 'payment confirmation awaited' since 2days and money is deducted from my andhra bank account.
Please check the transaction by using the transaction id of phonepe UPI given in the below pic
