Andhra Bank — see nidhi group loan amount transfer issue

Hello sir
I am Mohammad Abdul sijidha khatoon account holder in Andrea bank and also belong to SHG Fiza group.we are maintaining last 8 years. This group is one of the top group in yellandu division in bhadradri kothagudem district(A plus grade group).
The government sanctioned 1.5 lacks to this group. amount credited past 10 days back in our SHG FIZA group.all the 10 members of this group is very poor and daily went to bank standing on the line but the field offices of the bank saying the same answer no cash his saying he give per day 10000 rupees but that amount also not given ..
Even not trying to transfer amount to our personal account of in the same branch ...
We are not understand why amount are not transfer to our account of in this bank

So please help me sir how to take loan amount shortly ...
