I ordered irctc train ticket via pay u money gateway on14.02.2018. The transaction got failed leading to debit an amount of rs. 1460 from my andhra bank account. The irctc transaction id: [protected] my bank details are as follows: andhra bank card no. - [protected], account holder: a vykunta rao savings account xxxxxxxxxxx5259, jublee hill branch, kindly refund this amount back in my account as soon as possible.
