[Resolved] Andhra Bank — transaction was failed but money is debited

I used my andhra bank atm card for a transaction worth rs.1389/- on 28/07/17 at a textile shop. But there the transaction was failed and at the same time amount was debited from my account. When i enquired with the shop they said that they didn't receive any money. Its been almost 1 month now and my money is not refunded yet. I request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. I hereby attach the receipt obtained from the swiping machine indicating failed transaction and also the mini statement showing that money is debited +2 photos Was this information helpful? Hi,

Yesterday at 12:30pm i tried to withdraw momey at andhrabank atm, s.n redfy nagar, but two times my transactions failed. I got message that money got debited from account 8500+8500. I mailed about this issue through mail to help desk mail also.please look into this and refund my money asap.
