[Resolved] Andhra Bank — unknowingly deducted insurance amount | |||
Dear sir, This is saikumar, one of your bank user. Last month i had given cancellation request for my andhrabank credit card. On that time i paid all outstanding amount. But yesterday suddenly i received, statement of andhrabank credit card to pay rs 484/- for insurance charges. While i am approached customer care, they said that new credit card also issued. But i am not received till yet. But i have one doubt, after given cancellation request how i will receive new card. My old card no: [protected] My new card no : [protected] So, please reversal amount of insurance charges & do cancel the card.
