[Resolved] Andhra Bank — unsuccessful transaction from. atm but money debited from account

I chakravarthy muppalla having andhra bank account number [protected]
I went to atm in kanavari thota guntur on 19/12/2017 at 5:33pm
Tried for withdrawal of 15000rs but i couldn't receive the money but immediately i got a message showing 15000rs was debited. I went to bank member near to that atm he said me to wait for 30minutes so that it will be automatically credited. But till day morning i didn't get the amount sir.
