Andhra Bank — voided transaction

Dear sir
I had an transaction payment from my visa debit card andra bank to a foreigner site. For buying some bitcoins it was not successful which i cancelled payment, and site manger said we voided your transaction to your card, and money will return to your card after some delay due to authorization, but money is not coming to my card till now its eight months from that date.
And also i went to my branch they not responding and the bank manager of branch kanapour (Ibrahimpatnam hyderabad) dont know any things, dont know about athorization and voided transaction. And went another branches also they said go to your branch.

Please andhra bank provide a costumer care services office
Please solve my problem
