[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — When card is swiping it indicates as "declined" even credit limit is there

I submit that my credit card credit limit is rs.75, 000/-. As per the statement dt.[protected], the outstanding due is rs.66, 072.43ps out of rs.75, 000/- and balance credit limit is rs.8, 927.57ps. On 2-3-17, i try to swipe the card it indicates “decline”.
I further state that on 2-3-17 i paid rs.10, 000/- to my credit card account as part payment. On 2-3-17 i received a message from the bank stating that minus amount of (-) rs.38, 072-43ps. On 4-3-17 again i received a message from the bank stating that minus amount of (-) rs.27, 503.73ps. Really i shocked that. How can it is possible?
