[Resolved] Andhra Bank — when i am depositing money the machine is counting on suddenly the machine showing out of service how i can get my money back

Today evening when iam depositing money in the andhra bank markendaya colony branch godavarikhani telangana. I have loaded the money in the machine it is showing on the screen that it is counting after some time the machine suddenly got the message showing that machine is out of service contact the manager what to do now. How to receive my money i have deposited 15000 to my account

Updated by Sunnychotu The branch accepted that it was their mistake and solved my problem on the day itself.so my advice is to make the CDM to work efficiently so we the people not face any problem like this in future
