Whenever I go ATM to withdraw money, its out of service. Even after seeing such service, I thought of opening savings account in bachupally branch, hyderabad. I submitted online application and went to bachupally bank branch after 2 days with the reference number. They again asked me to submit hard copy of the application again. This clearly shows that the bank staff does not really have much knowledge in e-services. Then how do I expect e-services from bank in future after all the world is moving on e-services and mobile apps of late. I can't rate this bank. Was this information helpful? |
