[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Wrong POS transaction amount not refunded

I venkataramana having an SB account in andhra bank jntu branch have done a PoS transaction rs. 3025 on 23 march 2017 at m/s sais fashion hub. However the amount did not reach the merchant and also the amount was debited from my account. Twice when the card was swiped some error message popped up but third time the amount was debited from my account.Since so many days the amount has not been credited back to my account. Kindly rectify the complaint asap.

With regard to complaint number 1531366 my account no. In your bank at jntu is [protected]. Please see to it that the wrongly debited amount of rs. 3025 is credited back to my account stated above.
