I have all the documents and I am wearing the face mask also. The policeman stopped to check the documents and i have all complete documents. And wearing face mask also. At policeman asked to take the mask and take the photo with mask I thought he was taking formally. And immediately he had not fined me after I am going after an 30min I recieved a message that challan was raised due to without wearing facemask. I thought this was not right type of way to collect fines from people. If anything was not there Its ok. But this was not right collecting fines by BHIMAVARAM POLICE, WEST GODAVARI, ANDHRAPRADESH. I am looking forward to see this issue by head of the Police Department. And also there is CC camera footage where the vehicle was checked. Finally its not about money sir, this is about justice. actually my car not moved outside from my residence at anantapur on 26.7.2021 and i had attended my office at bukkarayasamudram by three wheeler bike(disabled).

I parked my bike at the starting of my rooms lane at 23:50 (11:50 pm) on[protected], and went to sleep... I am ganesh, on 12-sep-2020 i was travelling alone to near 2km from my home and in the middle police was stopped me and taken pic of bike with me and generated e challan with combining for helmet and mask.
But as per new covide guidelines given by central government of india, wearing mask is not mandatory while traveling in single. I am asking to the government why you people are not following guidelines and trying to cross the law and doing your job.

Who will track your mistakes and who is accountable for your mistakes. Lot of people is suffering because you are not following law and making their own guidelines. What is the use of government when you not following laws and guidelines.
