Hi I was trying to book a ticket from bangalore to tirupati, i have made my payment using debit card after my payment was accepted by the bank when it was redirecting to apsrtc site i got an forbidden error, my booking dint go through. My amount was deducted from the bank but my tickets were not booked. The service no. Is 5469, seat no. Is 48. Date of journey is 13/03/2020.
