Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Bad attitude of the bus conductor towards passengers

The bus conductor's behaviour is bad towards passengers. If a passenger doesn't have sufficient change to buy ticket, he is shouting at them. His behaviour is not welcoming. He is watching YouTube while in duty. Please warn him once before taking any serious action on this issue.
