Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — bus driver didn't pick me at scheduled stop 17/sep/2019

I was waiting at bustop but driver stoped some where out side the bustop. He did not even call me. I missed the bus. I was waiting for anouncement and even following tracking.
Tracking did not work and no anouncement of bus. We did not even get a message of driver number to call him back. Please help me to refund ticket charges.
I tried calling customer care no body picked up the call.
