Sir,
This is to inform you that we mr. B. Subba sekhar and b. Sai kartik booked bus journey on dated 26/06/2016 from bangalore majestic to pulivendula. Bearing ticket nos.54058258 and 54058259. As we requested the bus driver through mobile phone to stop the bus (Service no.6181) for 15 minutes at bangalore majestic. We reached the bangalore majestic within 11 minutes (Exactly at 21:11 hrs on dated 26/6/2016) but the driver didn’t wait for above mention period and went away from the (Bangalore majestic) bus stand without any intimation.
Could you please furnish me with the rules/instructions/guidance/training issued to bus drivers regarding stopping at both bus stops and request stops even though the passenger requested. To clarify, one assumes bus drivers have a procedure to follow regarding stopping at bus stops and request stops, and it is this information i am seeking from you.
Hence i would like to inform we lost the ticket fare and hopes kept on your bus service.
