Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — bus live tracking wrongly shown & driver mobile switched off | |||
Hi, i had booked 3 seats on 2nd nov 2019 with podili depo bus bearing service no 5950 to travel to bangalore. One for my child and another two for me n my wife. I was tracking the bus online since 8:00 pm and never shown bus reached pamur hence we did not come out as we have 4 month baby boy and 3 years baby girl. Hence i was trying to reach central complaint cell from 8:30 pm hence they shared the driver number but it was switched off so called back to central cell so they shared the podili depo number so i called up them so they were telling that bus left at 6 pm so it may come in another 15 mins so please wait but no one called and i was trying to reach driver but never connected. Finally it was connected at 10 pm and saying that bus already left and online status suddenly chaged to potumamilla without updating reached time at pamur and c s puram and sr puram stations as attached screenshot from mobile. This is very bad service with apsrtc and never seen this type of service and driver also very reduculous as atleast he supposed to call us as we have 3 tickets and was trying since 8 pm but not all reachable.
