Hi sir,
We had booked tickets from www.apsrtconline.in for the service 3560 from Hyderabad to Vijayawada on[protected] at 10:35pm and bus fair was 2688/- we had reached the boarding point before 30mins and had waited over their till 11:45pm and we get zero response from the driver and also the helpline employees had gave us the wrong information that bus will reach the boarding point in next 10mins at 10:35pm and we had waited for the bus and the bus driver number which was provided by the helpline employees was switched off and at 11:20pm again we had tried to connect with the helpline employees and one of them and told that bus was at uppal and we are unable to get in touch with the driver due to his number was switched off and please help me to get the refund amount and also for your reference I'm attaching all the call history and our cab book screenshot to let you know our presence at the boarding point at the mentioned time and please help me to get the refund amount back at the earliest.
