Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Dewalt service and amenities

Dear sir/madam..
Im travelling from singarayakonda to tirupati in Garuda AC 06/06/2022 in service no-85935 unfortunately it has been delayed by morethan half an hour and badly these are not in a position of providing atleast a water bottle or other aminities saying cock and bull reasons and even other passengers are rumoured in the same way ..I didn't expect such a worst service by apsrtc.it has been delayed late and due to cargo issue till 10.00pm.just entertes bypass..as u know u can expect at what time it reaches tirupati..god knows..
Especially this occurs in andhrapradesh only. ..hoping u should take serious by apsrtc for a greater andhrapradesh values of transport..
Even for a few time no television also..nonwater...no stuff of basic
