Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Driver Charged more amount than actual ticket fare

I have traveled from Bangalore to Kurnool on 23 Feb 2024 at 10:45 PM bus. I don't have reservation. Asked driver for seats, he said department seats are available and charged fare is 740/- but actuals are 640/-. asked him why it is 740, he said it is allowances for him.
Please take action on him.
