Apsrtc drivers are doing a pathetic public service without picking the passengers who have done the online booking of bus tickets. Even after reaching the boarding destination half an hour before and trying to reach driver they are not picking the phone and later point of time after frequent calling it is updated that they have crossed the boarding destination and giving the excuses that passenger phone is not reachable. Even we had tried to reach the tc or inspector who will be the incharge of scheduling such trips provided in message sent to us during booking well in advance before the destination boarding time but they have updated that bus is still in bus stand and it will take time to reach the destination.
