Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Hit and damaged my vehicle and rude behavior by driver and conductor

Bus Route: Bheemli to RTC Complex (900K)
While myself and wife travelling on my bike on mentioned date and time. The bus driver didn't maintained distance between with front vehicle and the bus. He hit me from the back and damaged my vehicle. My wife got hurt.
He responded to me in a very rude way. The conductor and driver asked to complaint and said they don't care about anything.
They also denied to tell me the names for log a complaint.
I demand apology form both driver and conductor for their rude behavior.
Please take necessary action.
