Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — I have booked parcel they are not dispatching

I have placed parcel to deliver to salur 3 days back
They have no concern at least how many times i have complained also
Yesterday was last date for submission of documents
Please penalize apsrtc logistics department
Due date was crossed even no response from their side
No proper authority is present in such department so please accept my claim it will be helpful for many people
