Traveling from Macherla to Hyderabad 11th August
Seat number i registered is 30 and it is a window seat
One passanger came to me he's saying 30 is not a window sea and not showing his reservation ticket, i showed him on Paytm about seat layout, he didn't believe and arguing.I asked him did you confirmed with driver, he(arguing person) said yes.Later he called bus driver,
Driver: how did you booked your ticket.
Me: Online
Driver: I don't know about seat allocation and we are not sure .if you want to compain to GM, I will give you the number
Later the arguing passinger went out other window seat
This is a clear misconduct front he driver end as he's not following the rules provided by APSRTC, and he's not saying confidently it's not the seat i registered. He's simply playing blame game . First take the action against him then set a clear clarity on registration list about what type of seats in the bus, and who booked the window seats, it's clear picture for educated and common sensed people.
