Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — I'm complaining about bus driver and conductor

I have boarded bus at sr nagar (Hyderabad). When i boarded bus someone occupied my seat when i asked conductor regarding that he kept quiet because he have given my seat for some other person for 2 hrs means till mgbs bus stand. I have to stand for half an hour and my rest of the journey was in the last seat which is really irritating. I have booked ticket then why should i suffer. I want to raise a complaint against them service number 1935 date of journey[protected]

I paid through credit card and the message from bank has come but the message from apsrtc has not yet come tomorrow I have booked my ticket
