Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — improper provision of bus

I have booked 2 metro luxury bus tickets from kakinada to visakhapatnam on 27/11/18. The bus provided was ac city bus, which didn't have the facility of push back seats. No water bottle is provided. Hence i demand for refund of my amount for the inconvenience caused. The details of my ticket are as under
