My name is N.N.Babaji. I have tried to book 5 seats in your service no.3704 of Masulipatnam depot from Guntur to Bangalore on 6.5.17 for travelling on 7.5.17. Though the amount of Rs.3654/- was deducted from me the tickets were not issued. Your transaction no. is 219223. Though 17 days have passed the amount was not refunded to me. It may be refunded immediately

Most of the shops and outlets in bus terminals are not providing receipts and charging higher prices than MRP.
This is not only in vijayawada teminal. This is happening all over India. We are trying to stop the rise in black money and if this is the case even in government organizations. Citizens lose hope.
