This is Fraud from APSRTC. if there is a fault in payment gateway how can you charge us 2.5%? i have tried 3 times to book the ticket, just because of mistake in the payment gateway 3 times got failed, is this not a fraud to charge customers without providing any service ? 1) if the mistake is from the customer side you may charge 2.5% but just because of the Bogus & Worse Gate Way used by the APSRTC you cannot charge 2.5% from the customer. 2) if at the same time 1 Lack people try to book the ticket from APSRTC and just because of the problem in the payment gateway do you charge all the 1 lack customers with 2.5%? 3) I HAVE TRIED TO BOOK THE TICKET 3 TIMES AND THE 3 TIMES TICKET GOT FAILED BUT THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. THAT MEANS THERE IS THE PROBLEM IN THE GATE WAY. 4) After continues calling to APSRTC after 26 days my money was refunded but with deduction of 2.5% Service charge for each transcation ( i.e total 3 times). 5) "THIS IS NOT FARE, PLEASEANS TO MY POINT NUMBER 2" - RTC SITE IS BOGUS SITE..
